ECOLOGICAL RESPONSIBILITY
The hemp plant does not require herbicides because its leaves completely shade the ground after just a few days, meaning weeds no longer receive any sunlight.
Pesticides are also not needed for its cultivation, as its own cannabinoids make it resistant to pests. This is why it is often planted as a bulwark to protect other crops as a field border.
In addition, hemp loosens the soil as a deep-rooted plant, is fast-growing and undemanding. Hemp's water requirements are considerably lower than those of cotton.
DURABILITY
Hemp fibers are the most stable natural fibers. Hemp fibers are also able to absorb moisture quickly and release it again quickly.
This creates a cooling feeling, ideal for hot summer days. But the material also keeps you pleasantly warm in winter.
