Information on exercising the right of withdrawal in the case of a purchase contract for the delivery of one or more goods in one shipment

CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods;

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. via the “Request return” button in your customer account or an email to info@3leaves.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

COSTS AND PROCEDURE

The procedure for returning Earthbound™ sneakers is...
Within the EU:
that we will simply send the GLS courier back to you to collect the package. As we unfortunately cannot influence the time for this collection, you can of course also give us a different address for this collection than the original delivery address (e.g. your workplace, family members, friends, etc.).
On the day of collection, please prepare the shoes in the original box ready for dispatch. I.e. close it well and remove the old shipping labels. The GLS courier will bring the new label for the return shipment himself. This is free of charge for you.

For international Earthbound™ orders from outside the EU:
we will send you a return slip from DHL with which you can simply post your return at the nearest DHL parcel store.

The procedure for returning clothing is that we can only issue return labels within Austria. You will receive the return label from us by e-mail. If you cannot or do not want to print this label yourself, we will also send you a QR code that can be scanned in any GLS parcel store. The label will then be printed out in the parcel store and attached to the parcel.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide return labels for all countries outside Austria. We therefore ask you to send the items back to us at your own expense. However, if you would like us to cover these return shipping costs - simply send us the proof of payment and we will also take the amount into account in the refund. Of course, we ask you not to choose the most expensive shipping option, as the return shipping costs also represent a financial burden for us if we cover them for every return.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will check the items returned by you for any damage or soiling before refunding them. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
