SHIPPING REGIONS
Delivery takes place exclusively within the European Union.
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order placement. Please note that the processing time for large quantities may take longer than usual.
SHIPPING COSTS CLOTHES (VAT INCLUDED)
Austria:
- Shipping is free of charge within Austria.
EU Zone 1
(France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy)
- Up to an order value of 99,99 Euro we charge 6,- Euro shipping costs.
- From an order value of 100,- Euro shipping is free of charge.
EU Zone 2
(Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Malta)
- Up to an order value of 99,99 Euro we charge 12,- Euro shipping costs.
- For orders from 100,- Euro to 199,99 Euro we charge 6,- Euro shipping costs.
- From an order value of 200,- Euro shipping is free of charge.
SHIPPING COSTS SHOES (Shipping via Earthbound™)(VAT INCLUDED)
- Shipping is free of charge within the EU.
DELIVERY TIMES:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will normally be delivered within a maximum of 14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in different shipments. In this case, the overall delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including a refund or replacement.
RETURNS
If one of the items you ordered does not fit, you can of course return it to us within the statutory period of 14 days and get your money back as soon as we receive the item back undamaged.
