Return Policy for Earthbound™ Sneakers
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can exchange or return your items within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund.
Exchanging/returning an item is only free the first time . If you wish to make another exchange, you will need to ship the item yourself and pay the additional shipping costs to have the new item shipped to you.
Once the exchange or return request has been processed, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
The package sent back to us will be considered a return and you will be refunded the amount for the product. To resend the package, a new order must be placed.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no soiling, damage, creases in the toe area, or wear on the outsoles), and in their original packaging .
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
We do not refund shipping costs.
We process refunds within a few days of receiving the items.
Depending on the payment platform, it may take up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Please note that we can only process an exchange if we have received the original sneakers in good condition.
